Retired Federal Judge Massie Tillman presided over thousands of bankruptcy cases  during his 14 year term on the Northern District of Texas bench.  Recognized in Who's Who in American Law, he is a graduate of Baylor University  and Baylor School of Law.  During his years of  practice, he specialized in tort law for 27 years with emphasis on product liability and mass torts during the latter of those years.  Massie regularly attends seminars in all areas of tort law.  Prior to taking the bench, he was board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has served on the Board  of  Directors and as an Officer of the Tarrant County Bar Association, and is the author of Tillman's Trial Guide.  Massie conducts mediations and arbitrations in all areas of the law, and he is available to travel to any city/state to serve your dispute resolution needs.  Massie also serves as a consultant, expert, and guardian ad litem in major tort lawsuits in both State and Federal courts.
